Contact Information: If you choose to sync your contacts with the App, we collect the names and phone numbers from your device's contact list to help you make calls more easily.
Communication Data: We collect information about your calls, including phone numbers you call, phone numbers that call you, call duration, call time, and call quality metrics.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including features accessed, time spent on the App, and interaction patterns.
Log Data: Our servers automatically record information when you use the App, including IP address, access times, app crashes, and performance data.
Location Information: We may collect general location information (city/country level) based on your IP address to optimize service delivery. We do not collect precise GPS location.

1.3 Push Notification Tokens

We collect VoIP push notification tokens from your device to enable incoming call notifications when the App is not actively running.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

2.1 To Provide and Maintain the Service

Enable you to make and receive VoIP calls
Authenticate your account and prevent unauthorized access
Connect your calls to the appropriate destinations
Deliver incoming call notifications via push notifications
Display your call history and contacts

Monitor and analyze call quality metrics to enhance audio performance

However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specifically:

Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations.
Call Records: Retained for up to 90 days for billing and troubleshooting purposes, unless longer retention is required by law.
Technical Logs: Retained for up to 30 days for troubleshooting and security purposes.

When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. You can delete your account through the App settings or by contacting us. Please note that some information may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

6.4 Opt-Out of Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link in those emails. Note that you cannot opt out of service-related communications (e.g., account verification, security alerts).

6.5 Withdraw Consent

Where we rely on your consent to process your information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

6.6 Contact Sync Control

You can disable contact syncing at any time through the App settings. This will prevent us from accessing your device contacts.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that your information receives an adequate level of protection.

10. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret Do Not Track signals, our App does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
